ATLANTA – February 1, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin advised Greenphire in its acquisition of Philadelphia-based Clincierge, a premier provider of concierge travel and logistics support for patients participating in clinical trials.
Greenphire streamlines clinical trials for patients by offering innovative travel and logistics support, automated payment solutions, and trial budgeting. The acquisition will allow Greenphire to expand its service offerings, enhance its patient care experience and payment offerings, and increase trial efficiency through its technology.
