ATLANTA – July 2, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin was pleased to advise GoCanvas on its acquisition by international software solutions provider, the Nemetschek Group.
MMM represented the company from its initial acquisition by its prior financial sponsor, completed several bolt-on transactions for the company and was grateful to work alongside the GoCanvas teams on this successful exit.
