ATLANTA – July 23, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin advised Everbridge, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, in its acquisition of Pennsylvania-based business continuity solutions provider Infinite Blue.
Everbridge is the global leader in critical event management and national public warning software. The acquisition allows Everbridge to provide its customers with the industry's most comprehensive platform for streamlining incident planning, response, and recovery which will mitigate the potential impacts on its customers operations, assets and people. Integrating Infinite Blue’s technology with the Everbridge 360 platform will help organizations effectively prepare and respond to critical events, as well as recover in a timely manner.
