ATLANTA – February 22, 2024 – Morris, Manning & Martin advised accounts payable (AP) automation platform, DocuPhase, in securing investment from private investment firms, Aquiline Capital Partners and Level Equity.
Tampa-based DocuPhase provides software solutions that allow finance teams to streamline invoicing and payment procedures saving time, minimizing errors and lowering costs for its users. DocuPhase will use the investment to drive organic growth, expand its product suite, improve current product offerings, and grow its vendor payment solutions.
The MMM team was led by Nick Rueter and included Associates Ballard Yelton, JD Hawkins and Bailey Malchow.
