Morris, Manning & Martin advised DocuPhase, a leading provider of business process and accounting automation, document management, data capture, and payments technologies in the acquisition of iPayables, a premier enterprise solution for accounts payables (AP) automation and supplier management solutions.
The acquisition, closed March 1, allows DocuPhase to further extend its reach and offer enhanced services to AP automation clients in the enterprise sector. The iPayables acquisition will bring DocuPhase a full suite of pure A/P workflow functionality for large enterprises, expanding their target market while creating many cross-selling opportunities between the two firms. The combined solutions can now offer clients a more complete suite of process automation capabilities to serve the broad treasury management function including A/R and payments. DocuPhase now delivers robust solutions for the back-office C-suite across the enterprise, mid-market and small- and medium-sized businesses.
