ATLANTA – September 26, 2023 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Docufree in their acquisition of North Carolina based information-management company, Advanced Imaging Systems (AIS).
Docufree, a leading provider of enterprise information management (EIM) and digital business process services has announced the acquisition of Advanced Imaging Systems. AIS specializes in document-management for security and disaster recovery of critical business data, specifically in the healthcare, government, education, law enforcement, finance and manufacturing industries. The acquisition allows Docufree to obtain the Document and Records Management related assets from AIS which will allow Docufree to expand its service offerings and grow its customer base.
The Atlanta-based MMM team is led by Alex Scharyj and includes Associates JD Hawkins and Ballard Yelton.
