ATLANTA – July 5, 2023 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Docufree, a leading provider of enterprise information management (EIM) and digital business process services, in the acquisition of Pennsylvania based company TrustFlow Digital Solutions, a provider leading the charge to help companies incorporate digitization to accelerate business processes, reduce risk, and securely automate their communication workflows. The transaction, announced July 5th, will allow DocuFree to further build upon their award-winning SaaS platform, while complementing their nationwide strategic footprint.
