Atlanta (January 7, 2022) — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Creative Multicare, LLC in its strategic growth investment from Trivest Partners LP. Creative provides maintenance services to multifamily properties and single-family rental units, including plumbing/jetting, carpet cleaning, water mitigation, and resurfacing. Based in Atlanta, Creative has operations in Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa. The capital will support its next phase of growth and development as it expands its presence and service offerings across the Southeast and the nation. Coral Gables-based Trivest is one of the leading U.S. private equity firms with over $2.5 billion of assets under management.
Nick Rueter led the MMM team with assistance from Elliot Franklin. Both are based in Atlanta. Creative announced the transaction on Jan. 7, 2022. The financial terms were not disclosed.
