Atlanta (March 7, 2022) - Morris, Manning & Martin advised BIAS Corporation, based in Roswell, Georgia, in its acquisition by Deloitte Consulting. BIAS Corporation is a cloud consulting firm that is a leader in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) marketplace. Oracle cloud infrastructure, applications, sales and marketing professionals from BIAS, based in the U.S. and India, have joined Deloitte Consulting.

Deloitte Consulting announced its intention to acquire substantially all of the assets of BIAS Corporation on Dec. 2, 2021. It announced the completion of the transaction on March 7, 2022. The terms of the acquisition are confidential.
