Atlanta/Washington D.C. (July 11, 2022) - Morris, Manning & Martin advised Argosy Real Estate Partners and Blaze Capital Partners in their joint acquisition of Charleston Row Townhomes in Charlotte, North Carolina. Charleston Row is a 107-unit townhome community in the Pineville submarket. The community features spacious two- and three-bedroom townhome-style units featuring private entries, open floorplans, granite countertops, double vanities and large walk-in closets. Amenities include enclosed garages, a community pavilion, a sand volleyball court and a nature trail.
The closing was announced July 11, 2022. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Blaze has offices in Charleston, South Carolina and Atlanta. Argosy has offices in Wayne, Pennsylvania, Denver, Colorado and San Francisco, California.
