ATLANTA – August 9, 2024 – MMM represented Sprocket in its acquisition of AI Human Resources platform, HourWork.
Sprocket is an AI-powered solutions provider that allows businesses to source, screen, and hire quality workers. By connecting people to employers, Sprocket makes it easy for employers to hire and retain great hourly workers through its platform. The acquisition allows Sprocket to expand its product offerings to include business staffing services covering recruitment and screening, post-hire employee engagement, and exit interviews.
