Atlanta/Washington D.C. (October 17, 2016) – The partnership of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has elected six attorneys to become partners effective Jan. 1, 2017.
The new partners-elect, and their practice groups, are:
- Richard Boswinkle – Commercial Finance
- Jason Cummings – Corporate Technology and Securities
- Patrick Lowther – Commercial, Class Action and Products Liability Litigation
- Catherine Morgen – Commercial Real Estate Development & Finance and Hospitality
- David Reina – Commercial Real Estate Development & Finance and Hospitality
- Tyler Wolf – Commercial Finance

Boswinkle focuses his practice on SBA-guaranteed loans and small business lending, real estate lending and restaurant finance. He represents lenders and borrowers in connection with all types of secured and unsecured loan transactions, including mezzanine loans and affiliated equity investments. He is based in Atlanta.
Cummings represents public and private companies, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies and family-owned enterprises. His practice covers a range of industries including IT, payments, business services and healthcare IT, as well as traditional sales, manufacturing and distribution organizations. He is based in Atlanta.
Lowther represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters across the U.S., including general commercial disputes, real estate, personal injury and bankruptcy matters. He also represents pro bono clients in a wide range of civil and criminal matters. He is in the Atlanta office.
Morgen represents clients engaged in the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate. Her experience includes handling hospitality properties, large multi-state transactions, office and industrial leasing, and complex restrictive covenant and easement transactions. She is in the Atlanta office.
Reina, based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, has transactional experience including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, leases and fund formations. He represents owners, investors, managers, developers and equity funds in work for hospitality, gaming, mixed-use and office projects.
Wolf’s practice focuses on representing lending institutions in a variety of finance transactions including agented credit facilities, acquisition financings and note offerings. His work covers several industries including healthcare, transportation, construction, textiles, broadcasting and food service. He is in the Atlanta office.
