Atlanta (October 15, 2013) ─ Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has elected three attorneys to become partners in the firm. Bradford Lenox, Steven Pritchett and Michael Rhim will assume their new roles effective Jan. 1, 2014.

Lenox advises clients in the Corporate, Securities, Real Estate Capital Markets and Funds & Alternative Investments practices on all aspects of fund formation and related legal matters. His work includes helping form, and take public, listed and unlisted REITs, as well as working with venture capital funds and venture capital-backed companies. He is based in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.
Pritchett, who is in the Litigation Practice, specializes in commercial litigation with an emphasis on product liability. He is also experienced in employment, eminent domain and commercial real estate litigation as well as general commercial disputes. He has extensive practical experience in all aspects of civil litigation including discovery, class actions, motions practice, settlement negotiations, arbitration, trial and appeal. He is based in Atlanta.
Rhim is in the Tax, Real Estate and Real Estate Capital Markets practices. His specialties include real estate finance, partnership tax, transactional tax planning, state and local tax, and general business transactions. He also focuses on structuring commercial real estate transactions, and advises clients with respect to transactions involving several types of tax credits including affordable housing, new market and historic. He is based in Atlanta.
