The U.S. Department of Commerce recently announced the final determinations in the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) from Argentina, Mexico, Russia, and South Korea. MMM Client Hyundai Steel was the only producer of the CVD inquiry to be excluded from the CVD order, as its rate was de minimis.
