MMM Client NEXCO SA, an Argentinian honey exporter, is asking the U.S. Court of International Trade to reverse the U.S. Department of Commerce’s anti-dumping tariffs on its products. NEXCO maintains that Commerce “dramatically overstated” the actual production costs by not using the verified costs of the Argentinian beekeepers, or alternatively, adjusting the purchase cost of the honey to remove the beekeepers’ profits. MMM is advising NEXCO throughout the process of the case before the U.S. Court of International Trade.
