Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP recently announced that its Atlanta, GA, office will relocate to a new 100,000-square-foot lease at Two Alliance Center in the Buckhead neighborhood. The move is expected to take place in mid-2026. Managing Partner Simon Malko spoke with numerous media outlets to discuss the move and plans for the new office space.
“We’re excited about starting a new chapter in our story,” Malko told the Atlanta Business Chronicle. “If you build a collaborative, exciting space, people will want to come to the office.”
“You need to have amenities, you need to have restaurants, grab-and-go (options), coffee and a place where people can go grab a drink after work if they want to,” Malko told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution in a separate interview.
