Atlanta (October 3rd, 2024) – Morris, Manning & Martin has achieved the Mansfield Certification Plus status for the fifth year, reflecting the firm’s ongoing commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace. The certification by Diversity Lab is reserved for firms that voluntarily report the outcomes of their inclusive processes.

Overseen by Diversity Lab, the Mansfield Rule is a structured certification process designed to ensure all talent at participating law firms have a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into leadership roles. At least 30% of lawyers considered for these roles must be from historically underrepresented backgrounds.
MMM is one of the more than 360 law firms that achieved the Mansfield Certification this year. It is also one of the 56 firms named True Trailblazers by Diversity Lab, denoting the firms that have achieved certification and have remained committed since the Mansfield Certification was launched in 2017.
