MMM’s Kelly Carlson has been appointed the co-chair of the ABA Section of Public Contract Law’s Young Lawyers Committee for 2024-2025. For the 2023-2024 year, Carlson served as the vice chair. This new role marks an elevation of Carlson’s leadership within the organization.
The Section of Public Contract Law Young Lawyers Committee serves as a center of gravity for young lawyers to transition into the work of the Section, providing social and leadership opportunities for young lawyers. The Committee's goal is to engage young lawyers in the substantive work of the Section and its Committees, while fostering long-term relationships through periodic social events.
