This afternoon a nationwide injunction was issued by the Southern District of Georgia which prevents the enforcement of the vaccine mandate within FAR 52.223-99 “Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors.” As a result, the federal contractor vaccine mandate is suspended until further notice.
