Atlanta (October 9, 2023) – Daniel Noice, most recently the general counsel of one of the Southeast’s most prominent real estate developers, has re-joined Morris, Manning & Martin’s award-winning commercial real estate team in Atlanta. Noice represents developers and investors in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including the development, acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of multifamily, industrial, retail, hotel, and office projects throughout the United States. He is returning as a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Development & Finance, Real Estate Capital Markets, and Leasing practice groups.

This is the third time Noice has worked at MMM. He spent four years as an associate before going in-house with a restaurant and hospitality company. He returned to the firm in 2019 and focused his practice on the representation of one of the nation’s largest integrated multifamily investment, development, and management companies in the acquisition, development, capitalization, and management of a portfolio exceeding 70,000 multifamily units. He became a partner in 2021 and earned a spot in The Best Lawyers in America’s 2022 “Ones to Watch” for Real Estate Law.
In early 2022, he accepted a role as general counsel, where he gained invaluable experience in the operations and management of a commercial real estate developer before ultimately deciding to return to MMM.
