Atlanta (September 8, 2022) - Online real estate news outlet GlobeSt.com recognized MMM Real Estate and Hospitality Partner Catherine Morgen as one of the most accomplished women in commercial real estate. GlobeSt.com named Morgen a 2022 Woman of Influence. The editors describe the honorees as “smart, accomplished and high-achieving women.”
The profile of Morgen notes she worked on more than $1 billion in deals last year while also bringing in new clients to the law firm. It adds that her strong client relationships, ability to identify new investment opportunities and strategic counsel on COVID-19-related issues help set her apart.
She is also dedicated to helping other women succeed. She chairs MMM’s Women’s Initiative, which is part of MMMPact, the firm’s corporate social responsibility outreach. She is also a board member and strong supporter of the Castell Project – a nonprofit dedicated to accelerating the careers of women professionals in the hospitality industry.
