Atlanta (April 2014) – Efforts of MMM partner Rick Boyd to raise funds for those most affected by the Boston Marathon bombings is earning the attention of the news media. Boyd will ran this year’s race on April 21 as part of The One Fund Boston Marathon charity team. He had moral support along the route from two other returning Boston Marathon runners who are also attorneys: his wife Tara Adyanthaya and MMM partner Bob Threlkeld.
All News Radio 106.7 and WAGA Fox 5 Atlanta were the first to cover their efforts on its April 13 and 14 newscasts.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution prominently featured the story on its front page. The Daily Report legal publication did a very moving story about their journey and their goals, as did CBS 46 Atlanta. Online news organization Patch and All News Radio 106.7 also did stories.
