MMM's Mary Hodgins was called for comment on a recent Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) case involving a client and allegations of a duty evasion scheme concerning duties on aluminum extrusions from China. A judge ruled that the client does not have the right to intervene in this case, challenging the determination of evasion.
