Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the federal government has implemented extensions for two key acquisition systems to enable greater flexibility for both vendors and contracting officers.
SAM (System for Award Management)
Current SAM registrants with active registrations expiring before May 16, 2020 will be afforded a one-time extension of 60 days.
eSRS (Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System)
Contractors with Individual Subcontracting Reports (ISR) due on April 30, 2020 have been given until June 30, 2020 to file those reports. Additionally, for contracts completed between March 13, 2020 and May 31, 2020, the submission of the final ISR is extended to June 30, 2020.
