My associate, Lena Chan, and I just had an article published in Wealth Management Magazine about our thoughts on the economic outlook for commercial real estate in 2024. We're just on day three of 2024, and I really don't want to start the year off on a sour note, but I think commercial real estate will continue to battle headwinds throughout 2024 before we start to see significant improvement in our industry. It's not all doom and gloom, though.
