I've seen a lot of coverage of NEOM and The Line, but have only come across some discussion of the Mukaab recently. A 400 meter by 400 meter "mixed-use cube" (large enough to hold 20 Empire State Buildings) that will include hotel, office, and recreational space, and is expected to be complete in 2030.
