Integrating educational facilities into mixed-use developments may be the next frontier for commercial real estate. There are several benefits to adding learning to the other amenities typically offered in a mixed-use development, including promoting community engagement and optimizing land use, as well as enhancing the learning environment.  Additionally, as Nick Koros explains below, families are expressing interest in adding this amenity.
