We serve many of our clients as “healthcare general counsel,” particularly if our clients are small hospitals or physician groups without an internal legal team. We work with clients to have an intimate understanding of their businesses and know their executives, employees, boards, and local communities, and to work through day-to-day matters of every kind. In addition, we provide counsel to legal teams and compliance officers, assisting with planning and structuring transactions, contracting, and other business needs.
