The presentation will include real-world examples of the application of revenue recognition and its importance to your technology and software contracts, as well as a discussion of the upcoming transition from GAAP to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), beginning in 2010. Presenting will be Paul Arne and Sandra Gardiner, partners at MMM who focus on the practical yet complex issues that arise with revenue recognition, and John Klisch and James Wilems, partners at BDO Seidman, a leading international accounting firm, whose practices are also on the cutting edge of these issues for their clients.
