Robert (Skip) Myers Jr., Managing Partner of the Washington, D.C. office of Morris Manning and Martin LLP and Co-Chair of the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Practice. Skip practices in the areas of insurance regulation, antitrust and trade association law. He specializes in captives and the alternative market and is General Counsel to the National Risk Retention Association. Skip is the VCIA's Industry Service Award 2014 recipient.
Thomas Norton J.D. President and CEO, Community Hospital Alternative for Risk Transfer, A Reciprocal Risk Retention Group (CHART). Tom has involved in the formation of CHART in 2002 working as an adviser and captive manager. For the past eight years he has served as CEO, overseeing the company’s growth into the second largest hospital RRG in the country. Tom is a graduate of Dartmouth College with over 30 years experience in the insurance industry.
