Robert “Skip” Myers was a panelist in a recent webinar by The American Bar Association entitled, “Risk Retention Groups (RRGs) and Risk Purchasing Groups (RPGs) Opportunities and Problems. Panelists discussed the creation and operation of RRGs and RPGs and examined the practical issues that arise, particularly when state and federal laws conflict.
