MMM Partner Bob Alpert moderated a panel at the State Bar of Georgia’s Midyear Meeting for the Class Action Section on January 11. Alpert serves as the Class Action Section chair and leads the panel of experienced class action attorneys and in-house counsel. The panel discussed the recent developments and current trends in class action litigation and covered a wide range of topics such as product liability, consumer fraud, and privacy class actions.
