Ms. Fritsch presented on Current Topics in Partnership Taxation for the North Atlanta Tax Council at a November 20th, 2015 luncheon. She focused her discussion on a variety of topics, including proposed Treasury Regulations on debt allocations and economic risk of loss, Section 751(b) property, and disguised payments for services, as well as the recently released new partnership audit rules.
