Morris, Manning & Martin partnered with Cherry Bekaert and JLL to host Venturing Into the Land of Oz: An Opportunity Zone Conference in Atlanta on December 4, 2018.
“When we talk about developing communities, we don’t get a big room like this," Invest Atlanta VP Investment Services, Dale Royal told the sold-out crowd. He was referring to the huge interest the Opportunity Zones program is creating in developing and operating in low-income areas while earning significant tax benefits.
And as most attendees know - the opportunities extend far beyond the Metro Area.
All 50 states, the District of Columbia and five U.S. territories have qualified zones.
