MMM and Deloitte are hosting a seminar entitled “Legal and Accounting Trends in M&A: Buying and Selling a Business in Uncertain Times.” The seminar will be held in the Board Room at MMM beginning 7:30 am. Breakfast will be served. Speakers include partner David Calhoun, associate Scott Allen, and Deloitte’s Bryan Barnes.
