Kelly Carlson, associate in MMM’s Government Contracts practice, will present at the National Contract Management Association’s upcoming “Deep Dive: Subcontract & Teaming Negotiations” live virtual training on December 10, 2024, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. ET.
This workshop will be tailored to the complexities of modern government contracting and will provide attendees with vital tools, such as a playbook and an issue list template, to adeptly navigate your negotiation, protect your organization’s interests, and distribute key information internally on potential negotiation blockers.
Such online training comes after Carlson and two other government contracting professionals presented a “Contracts Courtroom: A Masterclass in Subcontract & Teaming Negotiations” session at the National Contracts Management Association World Congress 2024. Likewise, attendees at this session will experience a unique courtroom-style format where they assume the roles of negotiator and executive.
