Andrew Mohr presents Troubleshooting Procurement Particulars at the National Council of State Housing Agencies’ Housing Finance Agency Institute, an annual event in Washington DC.
Since 2011 Mohr has represented several State Public Housing Agencies in the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s procurement for project based contract administrative services. The presentation concerned procurement solicitations in general, and certain Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses expected to be included in the HUD solicitation, when issued.
