Marketing & Business Development Coordinator/Real Estate — Atlanta

Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join our firm’s marketing and business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing and business development strategies that support the real estate department’s goals and objectives through the use of marketing collateral and technology, including content creation and proofing, the use of the firm’s CRM and marketing automation tools, and event coordination.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Draft, update and maintain firm marketing materials, including brochures, practice descriptions, attorney biographies, experience lists and website
  • Support in preparing client-focused responses to RFPs, customized pitches, and other presentation materials
  • Prepare submissions, and manage the submission process, for legal rankings and directories
  • Work with PR to maximize exposure for practice news, industry events, and recent developments
  • Facilitate and coordinate sponsorship/membership opportunities
  • Host Zoom meetings and webinars to include breakout room facilitation
  • Assist with tracking and analyzing firm-wide BD activities using the firm’s CRM, InterAction
  • Work closely with the real estate department to identify and target potential clients and referral sources
  • Plan and coordinate events and seminars, including networking events, educational seminars, and industry conferences, to raise the real estate department's profile and generate new business opportunities; responsibilities include invitations, hotel/meeting space contracts, and producing event materials and attending events as requested
  • Collaborate with the firm's other marketing and business development professionals to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all practice areas
  • Manage the real estate department's marketing budget and ensure that all marketing and business development activities are tracked and within budget
  • Manage and assist with a variety of short and long-term projects and day-to-day requests
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
