Luke Hoover is an associate in the firm's Commercial Real Estate Development and Finance and Hospitality Practices. Luke represents clients engaged in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on the hospitality industry. Luke has experience representing owners of hotel properties in effecting acquisitions, dispositions, negotiating hotel management agreements and franchise agreements, arranging construction and permanent financing, and leasing. Luke constantly works with all the major hotel brands and third-party operators for all hotel asset classes.
Prior to joining MMM, Luke worked at a mid-sized law firm in their real estate group. Luke received his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, where he was the Treasurer of the Moot Court Board, student editor for the Journal of Legal Medicine, and was a member of the Business and Law Society. Before attending law school, Luke received his bachelor’s degree from Furman University, where he was a member of the Furman men's tennis team.
