Brian is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. Brian focuses his practice on the representation of clients engaged in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of multifamily, office, and industrial assets. Brian handles all aspects of client’s real estate transactions including purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, due diligence matters/title issues, and organizational matters, including the negotiation of joint venture agreements. He also has experience with all types of permanent and construction real estate finance, including Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loans, bridge financing, and large credit-facility arrangements. Brian frequently represents clients involved in specialized uses including cold storage facilities and raw land developments.
Brian received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. During his time at law school, Brian served as a Peer Advisor, was a notes editor of the Virginia Tax Review, and the Commissioner of the North Grounds Softball League.
