Jason P. Wright is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice. Mr. Wright’s practice includes construction, direct and inverse condemnation litigation by eminent domain, environmental litigation and regulatory matters, municipal law, and healthcare regulatory compliance and disputes. He is experienced in complex litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels, and he has handled administrative hearings and appeals.

Mr. Wright has acted as lead counsel in a broad range of litigation matters, such as contract disputes, personal injury, corporate disputes, and trademark and intellectual property right disputes. Mr. Wright’s practice has a substantial focus on matters involving eminent domain. He represents both governmental entities, including the largest municipality in the State of Georgia in numerous jury trials, and various property owners and tenants. Mr. Wright has negotiated and litigated condemnations involving strip takings for road right-of-way, temporary and permanent easements, and both partial and total takings for a broad range of public uses including roads, school sites, fire/rescue stations, police stations, parks, convention centers, airports, redevelopment sites, public and private utilities, and public buildings. Mr. Wright’s eminent domain practice has involved virtually every type of property including vacant land, shopping centers, residences, warehouses, farms, office towers and the different businesses operating on those properties.
